WHAT IS AN ASMR EXPERIENCE?
SHHIVA personal asmr experience offers an intimate collection of services to bring your senses alive and give yourself some well deserved 'me time'.
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) can be a tingle, goose bump or SHHIVA like feeling in response to a specific triggering audio, touch or visual stimuli, helping to calm anxiety, promote better sleep and assist relaxation.
HEAD EXPERIENCE.
Applying light pressure around the scalp. Hair slowly slipping through the fingertips.
Our Head experience focuses on the head, neck and face areas, involving soft touch, hair brushing, light pressure and more. This experience can be paired with or without soft whispering.

A tingly SHHIVA down my spine across my back and along my shoulder blades.
These are the tingles I LOVE, especially when having my back scratched or hair played with.
I'm Sarah an Asmrtist and I'm slightly obsessed with ASMR.
I love making asmr videos, when it comes to a camera and documenting them I'm far from a pro, but real life, an actual ASMR experience.... that's what I'm passionate about!
I see asmr opportunities ALL the time with everyday sounds, textures, and even hand movements.
I am fully insured, with a clear enhanced DBS, located in Ipswich, Suffolk.
With my experience, knowledge and love for massage, asmr and people's wellbeing, I hope to make visiting SHHIVA as 'normal' as a trip to the spa or hairdressers.

DO YOU PERSONALISE EXPERIENCES.
Yes most definitely! We understand ASMR is a personal experience and everyone has different triggers. We will do our very best to incorporate these into your experience. Please let us know yours when booking.
HOW LONG ARE THE EXPERIENCES AND WHAT DO THEY INCLUDE?
Each one can be 45mins/90mins or 120mins (create your own) and tailored to represent the specific experience chosen, in a relaxed and cosy space. To get the full ASMR experience, props, sensory aids, hand touching, tapping and whispers may be used.
HOW DO I PAY?
After initial contact a short consultation will take place to confirm date and specifics, then a payment link will be sent to you for 50% part payment, to secure your date. (The remaining 50% balance will be required before your experience begins)
Once payment is received, we will send you confirmation, and full address and you can look forward to some 'me' time, asmr style!
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes we do! Our experiences would make a perfect gift or treat for someone that needs a little 'me time' ASMR style.

FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE?
These types of 'spas' are very, very rare and ASMR as a whole is a personal and individual journey. We understand some people love visiting a spa and others not so much.
Try not to think of this as a spa, but more of a chilled, sensory, asmr experience.
The last thing we want is for our staff or guests to feel uneasy or uncomfortable. We encourage you to let us know some of your favourite triggers before the session so we can work together to make it the most relaxed asmr experience ever!
OPENING TIMES
Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Weekends and evenings are possible. Please do get intouch to discuss your availability.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES/MEDICAL CONDITIONS?
Please do let us know if you have any allergies, intolerances or medical conditions we should know about and we can ensure your experience is a safe and comfortable one.
REMEMBER
At SHHIVA we make every effort to give our guests a calm and relaxing
experience, and for both our staff and guests to feel safe and comfortable.
Please note all experiences are subject to a consultation.
We have to mention this is NOT a sexual experience. Treatments are not aimed to go lower than the waist or in the chest area. Getting tingles is lovely and sometimes we don't always get them, please remember these are not guaranteed. Please come with a clear head, open mind and relax, in our safe and warm space.
We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable; however, if there is no option but to cancel, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us at least 72hours notice (3days). If you cancel your experience less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or no show, you may have to pay the 50% part payment again, to secure a new booking.

Gift vouchers expire after 1 year, and are non refundable/transferable and
cannot be exchanged for cash.
